Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

   The artwork does not match the specifications on your order.

   The artwork arrives with visible defects or damage.
   
3. 
   A complete unboxing video (continuous recording, no edits or interruptions) is provided as proof.
   

If your return meets one of the above conditions, you are entitled to one free return shipping label, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

Return Requirements

  Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  Returned items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or use.
  
• 
  Any free gifts, bonuses, or reward points associated with the order must also be returned.
  

Non-Returnable Situations
